Amateur Band, where by maintaining an elevated standard of "on air " decorum and demeanor by the dissemination of proper station engineering techniques and operational practices .
Our intent is to convey these techniques and practices to those individuals within Amateur Radio that possess the inititave to learn and desire to improve their overall knowledge of the hobby.
